Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft is a Cthulhu mythos-inspired erotic rogue-lite tactical game that supports both Desktop play and VR. Fallen Doll Sex Simulator
Enjoy a simple but stunning 3D Sex Simulator featuring sex between humans and various creatures in a laboratory setting. Choose your preferred girl out of three options; Alet, Erika, and Dr. Anya. Each girl is customizable with a few given options like clothing, hair and skin color, and skin texture.
Once satisfied with the appearance of your chosen girl, you are given the freedom to select different sexual encounters, either human or monster. Each sexual encounter has multiple options of different sex poses to choose from, much of them still in development.
Utilizing a free camera mode, you are able to create your own preferred angles to view the sex from, but there are also fixed camera angles to quickly find the best view if so desired. You can set your girl’s eyes and head to stare toward a specific target like the camera, genitalia, et cetera. If you so wish, you can also set the eyes and head focus on different targets — for example, the head can point forward while the eyes stare at the camera.
The girls will be able to express different emotions of pleasure while having sex. They can either enjoy the sex or show resistance by cries and screams of disgust and everything in between. While these do not appear to be player-controlled choices, at least for now, different sex poses provide different emotional reactions from the girls.
The Sex Simulator has a simple pleasure meter that fills up quickly the further the sex progresses and once having reached the max amount, you are able to initiate climax animation where you choose to cum either inside or outside the girl.
Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft features many strange-looking creatures varying from tentacle monsters to insects, reptilians, and more. You can also enjoy girl-on-girl lesbian action, as well as straight sex between male and female characters.

VR Support
Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft has VR support. Just like the gameplay itself, we are yet to learn more about what aspects of the game utilize VR function, but naturally, you can at least enjoy adult scenes in VR. All the adult scenes are equipped with a first-person view camera mode on top of the third-person camera mode.
The VR version currently is said to support HTC Vive, Oculus Touch, Windows MR, Valve Index, and other headsets with similar controller mapping.
