Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft is a Cthulhu mythos-inspired erotic rogue-lite tactical game with an extensive 3D Sex simulator on the side that supports VR. Made by project Helius, the game is estimated to release on Steam somewhere in mid-2022.
Currently Fallen Doll lets players test out the game’s 3D sex simulator while keeping the actual gameplay as a mystery yet to be revealed. Unlike many other Sex simulators out there, Fallen Doll is packed with adult content offering a massive library of different sex partners and sex poses to enjoy which keeps on increasing as the development progresses.
In this over 3-hour long Sex Demonstration video, you get to see all the H-animations currently available in the 0.34 version of Fallen Doll. Every single sex partner, including all their current animations, is displayed in the video. Some of them are still work-in-progress as the developers continue to further polish them towards completion.

Appearances
Each of the three female characters can have their appearance changed at any moment. From a small library of clothing options, each piece is unique belonging to a specific girl. More cosmetics will be updated to the game in the future!
In addition to clothing options, characters’ hair and skin color can also be changed. Skin wetness and muscle intensity can too be manipulated to the desired volume.
Breast jiggle physics is perhaps the most interesting slider to play with as it controls the intensity of how much the girls’ boobs tend to bounce around while having sex. Unfortunately though, there is no slider to increase or decrease the size of breasts, at least for now…
Locations
Fallen Doll provides two areas to have sex in; Laboratory and Workshop. While mostly identical to each other, they do provide a change of scenery along with different animation options. Within these areas, sex partners can be chosen for the three girls and based on the location, the sex poses change accordingly. Some partners utilize environments to create a unique sex pose in which a girl can be lifted up against a glass wall, or tied to an object, and so on.
Climax
Reaching climax is as easy as 1, 2, 3. When having sex, within only just a few seconds a climax can be initiated upon command. You can choose to cum inside or outside the girl (in the video there are only vaginal/anal climaxes). Some H-animations still lack proper climax expressions but will be included later down the line.
The girls show their level of pleasure with a handful of facial expressions. Among these expressions there is Ahegao. Girls can show signs of resent, disgust, overwhelming pleasure, and everything in between. Facial expressions are not chosen by players but rather appear by random depending on the partner and sex pose (at least for now).
Sex partners
Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft is a Cthulhu mythos-inspired game, and as such, some of the sex partners are designed accordingly. Among the oddlings of the laboratory, you will discover animal-like creatures, Lizardman, insects, tentacle monsters, and more. Humans are also present. You can have sex with a “Dreamer” that is the only male human currently in the game, or you can enjoy the girls having lesbian sex with each other.
There is no option to control the speed of sex, at least for now. Though hardcore is the dominating element here, partners tend to go at a low pace when fucking, with random moments of slightly increased speed before returning to normal again. Whether the developer will introduce a player-controlled sex-speed feature in the future is yet to be seen.
Each sex partner has a variety of creative-looking sex poses for players to enjoy. You can choose either vaginal, anal, or oral sex depending on the partner. As the development of Fallen Doll progresses, more H-animations are added!
