Third Crisis is a new promising-looking erotic tactical-RPG currently in Early Access on Steam, developed by Anduo Games. The game was released on Steam 24th of April 2020.
Third Crisis has a simplistic lovely handcrafted world drawn in the top-down view. Thanks to the original assets and colorful sprite-based graphics, the game has a very unique look to it compared to similar games often made using the RPG Maker game engine.
Third Crisis Gameplay
Play as Jenna Vibe, a young sexy woman sent to rescue Karen by her superiors at HQ. With a mission gone wrong, Jenna is forced to adjust to her new life in a lustful town known as Carceburg.
The story is told using visual novel storytelling format with illustrated characters standing on each side of the screen delivering lines of dialogue.
Follow the story of Jenna Vibe and drown yourself in lewd situations featuring many sexy characters that you meet along the way. For those wishing to step off the beaten path, there are side quests that also reward with more lewd scenes to enjoy.
Find and collect pinups around the world and view them in the gallery. From the same place, you can also replay sex scenes and view characters with or without their clothes.
Third Crisis uses a familiar tile-turn-based combat system. Study your enemies carefully and use smart positioning to gain an advantage in battle. Just like you can use special abilities, so can your A.I opponents.
You have a certain amount of action points to spend on each turn. Every action you make exhausts these points whether it is moving, attacking, dodging, or using your special ability.
Third Crisis Early Access
Anduo Games states that they have already completed the story which you can play in the Early Access. However, you will experience many placeholder CGs and even CGs that are completely missing from different scenes. The final finished version, which is aimed to be released somewhere in 2021, will have all the placeholders and missing scenes replaced along with more animated scenes and even interactable CGs.
The current state of the Early Access allows you to play the story, talk to NPCs, engage in battles, buy clothing items, and review scenes and pinups in the gallery. All that is left for the developers to take care of is fixing bugs and adding extra story content.
The developer tells that even if you were to skip dialogue and rush through the gameplay, there are at least a few hours of gameplay to be enjoyed. But if you are willing to play the game as intended while exploring all the collectibles and reading every line, there are around a dozen hours of gameplay worth experiencing.
The final price for the game is promised to be the same as the current Early Access price. If you wonder whether you should give Third Crisis a shot or not, know that you can download the free demo from Steam before making the purchasing decision.
