Zetria Gameplay
Zetria offers 9 levels of increasing difficulty both for puzzle solving and surviving the monster outbreak. With a trusty pistol and a shotgun to protect, you explore different mazes riddled with locked doors and manually operated lifts that lead to the exit.
Finding your way out is not the only goal. To complete a level, the player must escape together with a rescued staff member of the facility. While carrying a fainted personnel, the player is unable to jump and must advance carefully to avoid enemies along the way.
Ammunition is rare to come by and each shot counts. To save bullets, the player is able to use a kick for melee. There are many situations that punish for lack of bullets so going in guns blazing is not always the best strategy.
Clearing levels unlock hentai scenes back at the safe zone. Each level hides a hidden collectible used to unlock even more H-scenes.
Story
Something has gone wrong in a monster research facility. Creatures have broken free and are running rampant having sex with everything that moves. To take care of the problem, a sexy young heroine is sent to rescue trapped researchers. The source of the outbreak and why monsters are acting unusually horny is waiting deep within the facility.
Zetria offers a very short and light retro arcade-like story with minimal NPC dialogue to give life to its world. The adult content and gameplay are the main focus.
Puzzles
The puzzles provided in Zetria become increasingly more difficult the further you get in the game. Though simple by design, the game expects players to use their brain in order to overcome each obstacle but the answer is not always right in front of them.
The puzzles that you come across remain the same throughout the game with very little variaty but still entertaining. Each level is filled with doors to unlock and manually operated lifts to lower and raise in order to advance. How to get to them is the challenge most of the time, and there are plenty of monsters put on your path to make the puzzles even more challenging.
For the short experience that the game offers, these puzzles are well designed and can manage to keep the player entertained from start to finish.
Combat
Combat in Zetria is very simple but quite entertaining. The player is able to shoot the weapon left and right depending on from which direction the threat approaches. Shooting up and down is not an option but there are certainly situations that would require such action, unfortunately.
Kicking enemies to save bullets to be used elsewhere in order to survive for longer is a rewarding feeling. Since the ammunition follows between each level without resetting, the player is able to horde bullets to be used in more critical moments at later levels.
There is a small handful but still satisfying enemy variety in the game. Each monster behaves differently enough to keep the action entertaining throughout the entire journey.
Zetria Hentai
If you are a fan of pixel hentai and monsters, then you are going to enjoy Zetria! Offering fantastically handcrafted pixel art, the game comes with well over 10 unique H-animations, all of which require to be unlocked by playing the game, and some of which ask you to go a step further and find all the hidden collectibles within all levels.
Unlike many have grown a custom to, Zetria does not offer H-animations upon defeat. Instead, every now and then you will find enemies having sex with each other, as well as tentacles to play with to heal yourself during levels.

When successfully rescuing scientists, you unlock new containment cells within the safe zone which holds a monster inside for you to breed with whenever you like. Think of it as a gallery mode, only you get to walk around instead of navigating a menu screen.
