In order to ensure commitment to your project, all commissions must be paid in full before I begin my work.

I retain the right to display and publicize all commissioned artworks, unless otherwise expressly discussed and agreed upon.

Due to the subjective nature of art, refunds are not provided based on personal taste or perceived quality. A refund is only applicable in the event of a canceled project initiated by me.

I reserve the right to terminate a project for any reason at any stage. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, unless the cancellation is due to the client’s clear fault and substantial work has already been completed for the project, in which case, a partial refund may be considered based on the specifics of the situation.

Everything we discuss, including any possible reference images and materials you decide to share during the commission process, is treated with strict confidentiality.

Since each project is distinct and demands varying levels of time and effort to complete, in the absence of a predefined deadline, there is no fixed standard delivery time, and the artwork will be provided upon its completion.

All commissioned projects are for personal-use-only by default. My artworks cannot be used for commercial purposes without obtaining the appropriate licensing. Please feel free to reach out to me for licensing inquiries and discussions. Please be aware that I do not offer licensing for artworks based on established intellectual properties.

All of my creations are accompanied by the artist’s signature, and it is strictly prohibited to claim credit for my work. For commercial projects, the artist’s signature will be omitted, but proper crediting is mandatory whenever feasible.
