The Witch’s Endless Corridor is a typical adult visual novel in which most of the experience is following a story with no actual gameplay but slight interactions. Every now and then, the story presents its audience an opportunity to choose between different paths to advance, which usually leads to a different H-scene to enjoy before returning back to the linear storyline.
There are two main characters, Rizette and Rena, who occupy the screen majority of the runtime. The evil witch, and the princess in need of rescue, also make their appearance from time to time, but besides these characters, the world of The Witch’s Endless Corridor is a shallow one simply focusing on the protagonists jumping from one hentai scene to another.
Story
Follow a straightforward story of a magician, Rizette Valentine, and a warrior, Rena April, who set out to save a princess from an evil witch who also happens to be Rena’s sister. When the heroines clash with their enemy, they soon get trapped into a strange dimension known as “The Witch’s Endless Corridor”. From here on, the two encounters all sorts of monsters that will show them the kind of pleasure they have never felt before.
Characters come fully voice-acted and offer a small handful of body and facial expressions. When it comes to the actual story experience, they are often seen standing in front of a simplistic environmental background with not much change in scenery for long periods of time. Characters also tend to talk excessively, mostly to stretch the runtime without adding much meaningful dialogue.
Rather than trying to tell an actual story, the game appears to be in a hurry to take its audience from one hentai scene to another. It is quite clear that The Witch’s Endless Corridor is not here to capture its audience with a whimsical story but its sex appeal alone, but to that extent, it does have what it takes to win its audience from this approach. For those looking for a high-quality story-driven adventure, it is perhaps best to look elsewhere, but for everyone else satisfied with mere adult content alone, there is something good beneath this mediocre story worth digging deeper into.
